When I cook breakfast, I cook breakfast!

Cooking for some people is more fun than cooking for few people, even more if it is family's breakfast in a holiday. :)
Today we had pumpkin pancakes, quick and easy.

Here at my mom's it's kind of hard to tell  exact measures, since I  end up measuring everything with my eyes. But you can get a notion...
I took the recipe from here.

1 1/4 all purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon soft butter, more for greasing the pan
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
2 teaspoons baking powder
6 tablespoons cooked or roasted pumpkin

I processed all of the ingredients in the blender, and let the batter rest while I set the table, made  the coffee, prepared the fruits, etc.
I greased the bottom of a common pan (it wasn't nonstick) with 1 teaspoon butter and waited for it to heat up. I poured a 1/4 cup portion of batter and swirled the pan to make the pancake round.
When it became solid, I flipped it with the help of a spatula, and let the other side brown a bit.
I repeated until no batter was left, and got 10 pancakes.

OBS: There's no need to grease the pan before each pancake. I only did it once at the start, and again when I reached the second half of the batter.
